This fee covers up to 14-day experience in Ghana, including hotel accommodations, applicable meals, guided tours, internal transportation, and curated cultural activities. A detailed breakdown of what’s included is provided below.

International airfare and Visa fees are excluded.

We encourage commitment by August 1, 2025. Early booking is strongly recommended to secure current rates,
as hotel prices are not guaranteed after this date.

Guests who choose to make their own accommodation and transportation arrangements may deduct the corresponding hotel and transportation costs from the total package price.

Additionally, participation in tour activities is optional—if a guest chooses to opt out of a particular tour, the cost of that activity can also be deducted from their total.

Important:

Once you confirm your exclusions and your payment and accommodations are finalized, no further adjustments can be made. This is due to the need for VASE and our partners to secure guarantees with hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators based on final headcounts.

Exclusions

The following items are not included in the total cost:

  • International airfare to and from Ghana

  • Entry visa and associated processing fees

  • Travel insurance

  • Yellow Fever vaccination and COVID-19 testing

  • Personal expenses (souvenirs, personal shopping, room service, etc.)

  • Optional nightlife or evening outings (outside scheduled activities)

  • Tips and gratuities for guides, hotel staff for laundry services, and drivers outside tour activities.

  • Meals or drinks outside of scheduled tour lunches and dinners.
