The following items are not included in the total cost:

  • International airfare to and from Ghana

  • Entry visa and associated processing fees

  • Travel insurance

  • Yellow Fever vaccination and COVID-19 testing

  • Personal expenses (souvenirs, personal shopping, room service, etc.)

  • Optional nightlife or evening outings (outside scheduled activities)

  • Tips and gratuities for guides, hotel staff for laundry services, and drivers outside tour activities.

  • Meals or drinks outside of scheduled tour lunches and dinners.

Guests who choose to make their own accommodation and transportation arrangements may deduct the corresponding hotel and transportation costs from the total package price.

Additionally, participation in tour activities is optional—if a guest chooses to opt out of a particular tour, the cost of that activity can also be deducted from their total.
